Oat cookies with coconut

Healthy, delicious and very easy to make - oat cookies with coconut.
I love home-made stuff especially cookies and cakes. With no artificial flavours, there's nothing concealing ingredient's true taste, plus I know what they are really made of. My favourite recipes (including this one) allow me to make delicious cookies easily and quickly.
In a mood for cookies now? Follow the instructions below and in 30 minutes you will taste the heaven ;-)

Last of the evening events I attended during Dublin Fashion Festival was "Life is a Label Fashion Show" which took place at Royal Hibernian Way. This time catwalk models presented the hottest trends for upcoming AW14 season based on clothing from retailers in the Grafton Street Quarter of Dublin City Centre. Here are a few photos from the show.

Young Designer Of The Year 2014

Yesterday evening on the grounds of the Bank of Ireland on College Green, for the second time in the history of Dublin Fashion Festival judging panel has chosen Young Designer Of The Year. The winner has been chosen from 12 short-listed talented Irish designers. All competing designs were fantastic but there could be only one winner. The Judges’ were impressed the most by spectacular blue knitted gown, mixture of traditional Irish knitwear with extraordinary modern twist created by Ciaram Gormley. Ciaran has received great prizes including a fashion portfolio shoot with Barry McCall and cutting edge gadgets from Microsoft Mobile. Congratulations Ciaran!
For all those who couldn't attend, few shoots from the event:

Polish cottage

Every year in the summer I go to Poland to visit my family and friends. Holidays there are really exhausting as my friends keep me busy all the time. However this year I took a little break and went to countryside to relax and recharge my batteries. I cannot remember when was the last time I was that close to the nature enjoying morning dew on the grass, hearing croaking frogs, clattering storks, watching stars and being bitten by so many mosquitoes ;) It was really great a couple of days far far away from the city. Here are few pictures I took of the cottage I was staying in. Enjoy
