Are you Winter ready?

Winter is coming, taking big steps into the daily walk of Autumn to change it's beauty. While Autumn still keeps me warm with big portion of sunlight, the chilly, dark mornings remind me that it is time to think about additional layers of clothing, cozy jumpers added to my outfits and short blazers replaced by maxi woolen coats. Last week I attended the Flormar Day with make-up artist Leonard Daly, which took place in Residence restaurant in Dublin. Amazing Leo shared his tips and tricks using Flormar cosmetics. From simple day make-up with BB cream through contouring to smoke eyes for the evening, all with Flormar great selection of creams, primers, bronzers, eye-shadows, pencils and lipsticks. I like all of the products but I fell in love with bronzer which will be definitely my favourite product. Great texture, amazing colour, long lasting in surprisingly big box. Microdermabrasion at We Love Laser

Many of you are asking me about beauty treatments I get. Based on your questions in relation to my skin condition I decided to prepare this post for you.
My skin is far from perfect and beside home treatments (exfoliation and nourishment) I have to do professional treatments to decrease pore sizes and reduce superficial hyper-pigmentation. The traditional peels I buy in stores are good and helpful in removing the dead skin from most upper layer. However they are not strong enough to achive the results I'm looking for. As a person with oily T-zone, dark spots and lots of face imperfections I need to use professional exfoliation called MICRODERMABRASION. Microdermabrasion is a powerful mechanical exfoliation (crystal or diamond) done with a machine to soften fine lines and wrinkles, decrease the appearance of scarring, and pore sizes. It also helps to smooth coarsely textured skin, and reduce age spots/sun pigmentation/ post-preganancy pigmentation. The treatment itself is very pleasent and relaxing but because it goes deeply to your epidermis (the epidermis is the layer closest to the outside world. It's a set of dead skin cells on top of another layer of cells that are in the process of maturing) you have to make sure you are in profesional hands during the treatment, because if done incorectly there's a risk of permanently embedding the tiny grains into the skin.

     Perfect look is composed of not just clothes. Perfect look includes appropriate make up (in most cases not too heavy) and of course good hair cut. Today I would like to bring to your attention Hair SPA salon I’ve been frequenting for last 5 years. 
I’m one of those women who are not afraid of hair experiments. I've had it all, from very short and asymmetric to long and straight hair. With fringe, without fringe, with highlights and no highlights, blond, brown and black. Frankly speaking, anything what’s possible, but everything what suits my face and style. I've been to many hair dressers in town, those cheap and those very expensive, looking for the one who will understand my needs. I’m a very demanding customer and, as most of you know already, it is not easy to find someone who has good skills and will be honest with you. Most hair dressers do whatever you want (not always what you REALLY want) and will not even think about your hair condition, eyes colour or face shape. For me well done haircut is the one which looks good when you wake up in the morning, and  not the one that looks good only when you sit on the chair in a hair salon.
I recommend Hair SPA salon because in the past five years I never was disappointed with the service received. What I like the most about Marek (the owner and hair stylist) and his crew is that I feel at ease there and I can trust them completely. My every idea, even the craziest one, is discussed, assessed, sometimes shot down (my curly hair has its limits!), but not without proper explanation. Even if this happens it's immediately followed by some, usually more suitable, suggestion.
Beside the fantastic service I like the little extra things i.e. wooden boards for coffees or huge pillows that are offered during the treatments to make you feel comfy. Many of you were asking me about good and professional hair dresser. So here you go:
