Are you Winter ready?

Winter is coming, taking big steps into the daily walk of Autumn to change it's beauty. While Autumn still keeps me warm with big portion of sunlight, the chilly, dark mornings remind me that it is time to think about additional layers of clothing, cozy jumpers added to my outfits and short blazers replaced by maxi woolen coats. It is also a good moment to consider, how well is my body prepared to take the Winter hit?!

Everyone loves Summer! The sun, the heat, the glowing skin. I love that too but in Winter, ( let's face it! ) the glow won't happen if you don't support your body from the inside. To keep the beautiful skin, strong nails and shiny hair we need an extra portion of Vitamins and Minerals in our diets.
